Lynn Nelson and her husband, Gary
Lynn is the President of Marriage Matters. Lynn has also served couples as a Regional Coordinator and the Project Coordinator for Marriage Matters. Lynn lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband, Gary and their daughter, Ellie. Lynn and Gary were married in 1992 and have been blessed with two wonderful children. Gary is a partner in the law firm of Rush & Nicholson in Cedar Rapids. Lynn and Gary feel their marriage has been richly blessed by working together as marriage mentors, leading small groups on marriage, leading marriage enrichments and training other mentor couples.
Tim Boettger and his wife, Kris
Tim is the Director of Programs for Marriage Matters. Tim, Kris and their two teenage children, Isaac and Adrienne, live in Cedar Falls, Iowa.Tiim and Kris have strengthened marriages and families for over 16 years by leading marriage education retreats and workshops around the Midwest. Tim began serving with Marriage Matters in 1996 as the Northeast Iowa Regional Coordinator and Mentor Couple Trainer. Tim currently serves as Teaching Pastor and Marriage Ministry Director at Orchard Hill Church in Cedar Falls. In addition to being a wife and mother, Kris runs Barn happy, a restaurant, coffee shop, and Iowa goods store in a barn on their acreage.

Julie Summa and her husband, Dean
Julie has been primarily a stay-at-home Mom for the last 19 years with work experience in the areas of marketing and product management. She and her husband have two sons; one a freshman at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and one a sophomore at Iowa State University. They have been married for 29 years.
